What
is Mandala?
At Mandala we believe that the essence of human solace lies
in eastern philosophy. This holistic principle draws on ancient
wisdom and the belief that harmony lies in the balance of the
physical, the emotional and the spiritual life forces.
The concept embraces both the inner and outer self as a united
entity, as a whole, as one, as mandala. At the heart of mandala
lies the balance between ourselves and Mother Nature. |

"Nowhere can
a soul retreat more full of peace or more free from care than a
place where time stands still"

"I
saw that everything, all paths that I had been following, all steps
that I had taken were leading back to a single point - namely the
mid-point. It became increasingly plain to me that the mandala is
the centre. It is the exponent of all paths. It is the path to the
centre, to individualisation. I know that in finding the mandala as
an expression of the self, I had attained what was for me, the ultimate"
- Carl Jung
